Waiting on a bus to leave at the loop. A bus driver hopped on and said looks like your bus driver is missing. If you want to get a bus the one behind is leaving. He drove the bus forward and hopped off. Not one person on the bus moved. I looked around and saw the entire busful of people with headphones on. I knew what I heard so I turned around and ask the rest of the ppl if they heard. One guy just dismissively said oh he is coming back. Well I didn’t think so, hopped off and got on the bus behind. Told the bus driver I don’t think anyone heard him, he sighed. Drove the bus off and everyone from the other bus stared as he left the loop and I thought so long, suckers! And that, is one of the reasons I don’t headphone on transit. You always miss out on vital info and/or drama. Lol
