The premise is simple.
I don’t know how to talk to people.
I will attack them with moderate quality baked goods.
They like me a little more!
The internet is full of beautiful baking blogs. This isn’t one of them.
I have been baking for about two years now, I didn’t use to bake. The best I was able to do was a simple, and terrible chocolate chip cookie. (You think to yourself: how could chocolate chip cookie be terrible? The answer is, it was more muffin textured than cookie, I don’t even know how I managed that)
Then I was inspired, and I had a lot of free time.
So I dived head first into the baking world. I like to attempt treats I have had, or seen deliciously on TV. I don’t always succeed. Most of the time though they come out sorta nice. Ya know, nice enough when you offer a friend they’d eat it and praise your effort. But not enough to ask for money, that sorta quality. That is the mediocrity I aim for on this blog.
I hope you also get inspired to make something too.
