25th January 2018 Been trying to call CRA the whole day. “All our agents are busy, the agent queues are all full, please use our automated system”. WELL, if I knew and/or could find that information I need I wouldn’t be calling you. Won’t even get put on hold! What are you supposed to do if your really need to talk to someone? I tried digging deeping in the CRA site and finally found… well maybe found what I am looking for.
