13th March 2018 So. I had a package shipped out from Singapore in December. Tracking showed that the parcel left Singapore… a month later, shows that it has arrived in Mississauga on Jan 17th. The tracking has not updated since then, I do not have my parcel. The seller says SingPost doesn’t do anything once package has arrived in destination country. Canada Post says SingPost will have to investigate. I am stuck now with no one helping me and I am out money and no stuff! …. anyone has escalated on Paypal before? Think they’d take my side?
