Okay here is a weird one. Anyone ever had these frozen fish fillets ready to eat things. It is a fillet with a creamy veggie sauce on top. I had a bit of a google and this image is sorta what I am thinking of. Anyway, I was thinking of it and I really want to eat it now, but I can’t quite piece together what it was. …. I am thinking some sort of a creamy cheesy sauce? A béchamel? Or just cream with some cheese and veggies mixed in? Do you even know what I am talking about? Have you ever had it? Help me piece together this recipe that I vaguely remember!
