2019 starts with the same scene that it has a lot of 2018. Me waking up in the dark and starts to desperately trying to do various stretches so the pain would go away. It never does and it is so cold and dark and lonely and I am so desperate for a good night of sleep. I am just so frustrated and while more checkups are underway nothing has really showed up to be “wrong” yet. Bah sorry to be new year downer I have been up for 3 hours and just feeling really down.
