I dunno what it is about our family that makes us look like we are never buying anything in stores. But I say this as someone with customer service experience: don’t ignore your customers. Anyone is potentially someone who is willing to pay money for things. We seldom go into a store unless we are ready to buy and open to any additional warranty you wanna sell us, the whole transaction can be done super quick because we want to buy the things you are selling. If you ignore us you really don’t deserve our business.
