I want to understand this even from the perspective of running a business. You have these long term business partners that you have great relations with… Then the new CEO started his job and more or less personally insult all of them… Is this not burning your bridges? What makes you think you won’t be doing business with them anymore?… I am really struggling to see the logic of such behaviour. It makes no sense to me.
