Managed to penguin walk my way to work. It is a perilous landscape out there people! I am surprised that so many business haven’t shoveled/sand/salt their walk ways. McDonalds, of all places, looked like they did jackshit to their pedestrian walkways. If they were hoping it would all melt away, they better check the weather forecast again!

I don’t get it. I live a few blocks from a post office outlet which is open manyu hours of the day. Why are my packages being sent to a much further location with very short hours? I have a package sitting at that office for 2 weeks now because I cannot get there while it is open. Why is this so? It makes no sense.

There is this old Chinese lady I bump into on the bus from time to time. She mutters… In Cantonese, swears non-stop. Not sure just mutter or muttering about surrounding ppl. Very weird. Unsettling for me cuz Chinese swear words make me cringe. D:
